Aaron is Aaron Paul for Hair’s Founder and Creative Director. Aaron is not only an incredible hairdresser, he is an incredible boss who cares about his staff and also the clients of Aaron Paul alike. Aaron makes everyday hairdressing into art which has gained him a well earned reputation amongst Australia’s leading hairdressing names. An expert when it comes to creating beautiful hair, Aaron’s passion for a great experience and great hair really is at the forefront of the hairdressing industry.
Aaron’s dedication to his brand and team is truly inspiring. He is an unbelievable boss and his “kill them with kindness” mentality makes him a pure pleasure to be around, whether you’re having your hair done by him or working next to him. He makes coming to work fun for his team and coming into the salon a joy for his clients. Everyone loves Aaron!
Aaron really knows how to create a great salon and team environment in which staff feel appreciated, as well as keep his loyal clientele coming back each and every time. Aaron always endeavours to personally oversee each and every old, new, regular and irregular client that walks through his salon doors to ensure that the vibe of family is truly instilled in the Aaron Paul experience.
Zoe Barbera - Master Colourist + Master Stylist
Zoe is our Redken Master Artist, Social Media Manager and Aaron’s right hand woman. Zoe is the first hairdresser in WA to have achieved her Redken Master Artist Certification and at 23 years old she is also one of the youngest hairdressers in the country, which is an INCREDIBLE achievement!
Zoe has been working with Aaron for 3 years and brings not only an incredible skill set but also a beautiful personality that is loved by our team and clients. Her high energy and enthusiasm is one of a kind and extremely contagious. With an obsession of being the best hairdresser she can be, stalking every hairdresser on the planet and a constant hunger for education and inspiration, it is no wonder why Zoe has attracted a large diversity of clients from all walks of life.
Zoe is one hell of a hairdresser and her commitment to Aaron Paul makes her such a crucial part of our brand and team culture. Zoe is the glue that holds us together. She is also kind, selfless, talented, generous and fun and it has been a pleasure to watch Zoe grow into such an important role in the salon. We can’t imagine the salon without her!
